I think you've got a nice picture here; however, I'd loose the the clutter in the background: the cars and that ugly fence.

Also, parking lots don't usually make good backdrops for portraits, which is what I think you're going for here -at least not any I can think of, lol.

For pictures like these, I like to isolate my subject, and If I do include other things in the background or what-have-you, I'm careful they relate to the subject somehow, or at least add to the particular mood/feel of what I'm capturing; and if not, a nice clean or blurred background is always safe. Those are just my own rules, nothing set in stone somewhere, but it may give you something to think about next time.
