Hello all, I was just wondering if there is too much going on in the photo. Should I crop in closer to the face? Also would it be better to go with just a straight gray scale, or keep the split toning in? If there is anything else that catches your eye please feel free to comment. Thanks!

i'm curious what he is looking at
as for the photo, it feels a little grayish, try adjusting the levels or bumping up the contrast.
maybe even brightening his forehead a little.
by your settings I get that it was very dark there, still you kept him in focus very good
