Default Help with crop and critique on skin tones

Hi there,

Please help me with this crop. I wished mom had been looking at baby when the shot was taken but the two children looked to precious to wait. I like having the mom in the picture somewhat but am having trouble cropping so it's not just a large back of her head on one side of the picture. Any help would be appreciated. Also any critique on the lighting and skin tones. Thank you!

Also, I made a huge mistake for most of this shoot and left the iso on 1250 from a shoot the night before. Ive used a noiseware plug in and sharpening and I think I corrected it but any critiques in that area are welcome too.

Skin tones look good, not too soft and no visible signs of noise. Good catchlights in the eyes. As for the cropping, there's not too much you can do, I think it's just about right. You can't crop any more, or it will just be a field of hair that has no clear origin.

I like it the way it is! Yes, it would have been great to have the Mom looking at them, but it's still a nice shot.

I really like the photo as is. It's a different angle than the usual.

I would clean up some of the catch lights in the baby's eyes.
