I don't think it's in the right forum and I don't really know what were you trying to accomplish here..

Hes a new member to the forums and probably new to photography. He was probably just practicing with shutter speeds so freezing motion is probably what he was trying to accomplish.

It's a good puzzle picture, because it is difficult to figure out at first glance. The fan motion is not evident.

Being new still doesn't take away the fact that this is not a picture of "people".

LOL. magnify that picture 1000 times and see the reflection of the OP taking the picture.
