I REALLY STRUGGLE W/THIS PHOTO, EDITING IT. I THINK SOMETHING IS STILL MISSING PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU WILL DO TO MAKE IT BETTER, DO "RE SHOOT" I CAN NOT DO IT, AND THE MODEL IS ASKING FOR THE PICTURES. EVERYTHING IS WELCOME Seriously I'm Desperate.

Um, not sure what that means? Can you phrase it a bit clearer?

The only CC I can offer is that the BW conversion is rather muddy.

Why is the model in such a huge rush for the photos, out of curiosity?

The crop is a little wide and the overall look is a little flat. Here's another take on it with more contrast and a different crop...

At quick look, you've done a good job with the photo. I wish the model was facing into the shot and not out of it. Can't change that now. Also, the water is lost in the black and white conversion. All the white at the top of the screen is a bit to much for me. Vertical crop helps that a little.

I feel almost no connection to the model...it's more of a "scenic" with a girl in it...
Closer and more intimate.
Here's an edit which uses a couple of the "rules"...looking into the frame, thirds..

She wants to use the photos in a personal gift or something like that and wanted me to do something else to them, I have tried but I have run out of ideas.
