I took this using window light. What does it need? Is the exposure correct? I didn't do any post processing.

please post your EXIF data, it will help.
I feel the pose is a bit disturbing for me, the fact that the head is pointing left and the rest of the body is clearly pointing right.. something just don't feel right there.
I think it would have worked better just pointing the entire body toward the light source.
other than that, she's a real cutie and the colors are great

I think this is a great shot, I love the colours, just the right amount. I think your lighting is good and don't have a problem with the way she is leaning, she looks like a young baby and sometimes they lean on odd angles to keep their balance.

A beautiful image.....I don't know that there is anything to change.....maybe see more of what the baby is sitting in?....
