the hands are the hardest... many a books i read, there could/is chapters just on hands...
overall though.. the lighting seems a bit drab. i would boost it up a bit... youve done good compositionally speaking ive come to find that for portrait work, shooting in vivid gives a little too much saturation than just setting that to portrait for that... but, sometimes i will switch depending on the mood.. its a pain going through the menus, but a few extra minutes doing that could save a little editing time
