There are no real leading lines here but I don't hate the shot. However, I think if the topic is "books," you need to make the book stand out just a bit more to make this a better image. I would say use a very light vignette (not a lightroom or lens correction vignette but using the burning tool in Photoshop if you can) on the photo to darken the edges and corners, then add some contrast to make the book pop.
Just one guy's opinion..
