Wink Fed up :)

This is my oldest son he's 7 he was not wanting me to take his picture lol Anyway, I was trying for a more dramatic feel to the photo with the light. So I know that half his face is not exposed well Someone said it looked like Rembrandt lighting, I tend to agree.

I would like CC on the lighting, the over all feel of the photo, The color, and focus. Or anything else you would like to CC on is just fine. I am just here to learn!

This was taken in my house near a window, all natural light.

He is certainly displaying his displeasure. For me, the key light is too bright for a dramatic feel. Maybe a little diffusion there. It isn't quite Rembrandt but I can see how one would tie it to it.

Thank you for your CC, I see what you are saying, I actually was not familiar with Rembrandt until recently and I did a bit more research on it today and your right it is not quite Rembrandt. Would taking the exposure down a bit make it better? Or will I just need to redo it all together? Thanks again!
