I like it, the pensive look and the reflection adds a bit of mystery to the image; that's always a good thing. As for the tones, you simply need to brighten the image, or better still, do a levels adjustment to get the skintones where they should be. (The original image was slightly underexposed, but not so much you can't fix it.)

Sorry but this photo doesn't go down well with me. The angle of the pose, contrast, reflection, dull eyes; all these don't blend well to create a striking photo. Looks like it will need quite some retouching to make it attractive.
Originally, it should have been better exposed. I like the composition and the space you have to look into. If there was motion blur in the background there would be some action in the scene which would be in good contrast with the expression. I like the expression. I actually really like this picture, I think you caught a great moment. It is definitely under exposed, but nothing that can't be fixed with some editing. I like her look, the reflection and the black and white.
