It creates the newspaper
The process of the newspaper creation is on this shot. These hands are the chief redactor hands
  I would like to be critiqued on contrast and composition. Is it too underexposed? What do you think? Any comment is great. Thanks

the composition is nice, the white paper upfront is a bit distracting but not too much.
I would take the contrast to the edge and add a little brightness - you'll like what you get
