Default Angel on the tracks

I'm sort of new to photography. Please give me your critique on this photo. This is my best friends little girl. edited in LR3

Exposure Bias -2/3 EV

hi, shannon.....

there are a couple of requirements for critique that you might not be aware of.....i've added in your exif info and now it's time you asked a specific to your image question.......all you have to do is tell us a little bit about your image and what your workflow was like.....what you like and don't like about your image......that will give our members something to work their suggestions from....

Thanks. Funny thing was I realized after posting that I forgot to add the exif info. When I went back to edit my post I saw that it was already up there.
I'm not sure that there is anything I personally don't like about this photo. Atleast this edited version I've posted. Just wanted to see if there there is anything else that needs to be done. Is it too dark? too much contrast?

I would crop off the bottom of the pic, so the edge of the rails, intersects the bottom right corner of the frame.

I hope that helps.
