I am posting like it is going out of fashion, as I am learning so much so quickly from all your comments.



I always post what I think is a 'good' picture but after your replies, see where I need to improve.

That was a long winded way of saying - I hope you are ok with my prolifous posting! Sock it to me - what lessons do I need to take from this one?

note to self & anyone inclined to listen to my ramblings: don't loose the moment just because the light or background isn't right! My Three year old was rubbing sticks together to make a fire. Her face was a picture of determination (how did she know to do that?!) My 16 month old was copying a toddler and trying to jump - for the first time. I didn't shoot because it was the wrong time of day! Precious moments lost because I didn't point and shoot any how! Derrrr It doesn't have to be perfect everytime does it?!

I love it. Good comp, great eye contact, lovely catchlights, excellent exposure, good focus. Well done!
