Default playing with studio lights

Hi all,
I've been playing a bit with studio lightning (for now just one strobe with a soft box) and took some photos of my niece.
apperantly photographing kids is harder than I thought and I would appreciate any tips or help but for now, something feels wrong with this photo.. the colors seem off and I don't know why. all I did was correcting the levels. she seems a bit green doesn't she?
anyone?

EXIF:
f/7.1
1/125
ISO 100
lens 24-105mm f/4 @ 65mm

I'm not seeing green, but a LOT of red. Is your monitor calibrated?

red? really?
she has a tanned dark skin, maybe that's why you see it and I don't?
Susan, can you play with it a little and show me how you think it suppose to be?
i took down a bit of the red saturation, seems a bit pale to me but maybe you can give me your thoughts
