Exposure 0.006 sec (1/160)
Aperture f/6.3
Focal Length 50 mm
Focal Length 50.4 mm

Hi,
The fact that you think it's wonderful is enough. Critique is a funny thing as you'd like everyone to 'get' what you see and approve. Obviously it's easy for me to understand that sentiment, and appreciate it for that. If you want a technical appraisal of composition colour focus etc others can. If that was my boy and he got muddy and I took the same picture, I'd print it, and stick it on the wall.

I agree. It is a fabulous moment caputred. I have been ploughing through photographers sites trying to learn what works and what doesn't - some just are gorgeous technically brilliant or not.

Can't comment on the technical side of yours as not qualified! I just love it.

I agree, this is a sweet priceless moment, it is beautiful! One thing I think that could make it cute is to put a bit of a vignette around it, just a simple one using your curves to lightly darken the edges. But that is my opinion, just might frame it a bit more. Such a sweet picture.

I had to play with this image...first thought to my mind was "how cute for a mud room" or entry...could play with it and frame it poster size or whatever size you want with so many options could make it more contemporary or traditional style...whatever to fit your home. and even just a framed picture with mud-room on a plaque above the pic would be cute. if you have a small entry or anything to put it up in...people go nuts for art that fits certain areas of their house...especially when you can make the art with your own children!
