The Boxer

Okay, so shes not actually a boxer but this picture really reminds me of one. I took this a few days ago underneath a bridge closer to one side (why one side is lighter then the other). This is the first time I've been out with my new camera and I love it. I was trying to go for an angry/moody picture so any critique on how I could do it differently next time would be great. Also on cropping, b&w conversion and anything else you think. Thanks!

I'm only learning so I can't offer you any advice on how to improve the picture, but I don't think it really needs improving. It's a beautiful shot of a beautiful young lady with amazing eyes.

tight crop is fine, BW conversion looks good, nice range... eyes look touched up, but not overly so. I don't think of angry or moody when i look at it though. it has a demure look to me, if anything.
