I took this photo of my nephew when we were taking a walk in the woods... I like it and the composition and was wondering from a professionals point of view is there anything that could have been done different?
The EXIF data is as follows (hope it's enough): Camera: Canon EOS 7D Exposure: 0.008 sec (1/125) Aperture: f/4.5 Focal Length: 70 mm ISO Speed: 100 I look forward to your comments

I really like this. I think I would like it a little more if the rail was just a little more in focus, but that may just be me. I find it distracting when things are out of focus in the foreground. Other than that, I think this is fantastic.

Very cute shot! It's not a huge problem but the out-of-focus rail is a bit distracting. I would try cropping to a point where the rail is more focused (it doesn't have to be pin-sharp but the bit in the corner is too much of a blob now.)

thank you for your comments. If i remember correctly what I did was rest the lense on the timber rail as I waited for the shot. I then moved the focus to my nephew and because of this the extreme blur has happened... I'm still learning how to use my camera quickly.
Very greatful for your comments
