EXIF: Canon D 500 1/25 s focal length 44mm f/5.0 iso - 3200 flash- off Was trying my hand at photographing at night without a flash using the light sources around. looking for advice on what all i can improve to do better. Be absolutely ruthless and honest in giving me the feedback pls

IMO you've exposed well for a night shot, there's detail in the blacks and no highlight clipping.
I suggest that you might benefit from cropping the shot to isolate elements. As it is, it's quite distracting to have so many things in the shot and no real interaction between them. The balloons, the two men, the bags, the rails in the background and car on the right all seem to be isolated from one another and IMO don't work together. Just my 2 cents. Hope that's helpful.
