I took this in the early evening. The harsh light is somewhat intentional to emphasize the lounging look. I was wondering if might have looked better if I had waited until the sun was lower and the light a little softer and warmer? Any thoughts? Any other criticism welcome.

I think it would have been better with a softer lightning.
I also think it would have looked better with the dude in the middle and not on the side.

I took one with him in the center but this one stood out more to me

I'm not sure I get how harsh light = lounging as you put it?

Also, it feels a bit choppy with the truck wheels cropped off.

Still, fun shot which will make a nice addition to the family album to tease him with when he's older!

Hi is so cute! I have a bazillion pic of my kids in their Tonka trucks. I think the angle draws the eye to his feet first though. Love his outfit and glasses!
