Default Is it the ear?

I am not sure about this picture. Something feels off. Maybe, I am thinking, it is his left ear poking out. Or maybe it is the tilt going the wrong direction. Feedback and critique Please.

Hmmm... 228/365

To me the focus of this pic is easily on the eyes...I don't know why you are focusing on that ear...Yes, the ear is different from the other ear...but in my opinion great art is generally asymetrical, so it doesn't bother my eyes at all. I think it's a good pic.

No, I think the ear works well with the images overall quirky quality. What your image lacks is tonal range. Nothing in the image is pure white and nothing is pure black. Do a levels adjustment and I think you will see this image improve dramatically.

I think this is great! Focus is on the eyes, no problem with the ear. Didn't really notice the ear until I read your comments.
