Hi, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Try not to cut people off at the joints. In other words, you don't want the crop of your photo to be on someone's knee or elbow or wrist, etc. It feels like they are being amputated.
2. The boy on the left has his arm extended right across the face of the boy beside him and it looks like he is poking the third boy in the face. This is pretty distracting although it might have been unavoidable because it looks like you just shot this photo quickly trying to capture the action of the moment.
3. I would crop out the person on the right because we can only see half of him and it's distracting.
4. In general, I would move the heads of the boys up in the composition because it makes for a more balanced picture. Read about the rule of thirds to help you understand why this is so.
5. I would have moved the camera a little to the left so that the main boy (the one pointing) has a little space between the edge of the frame and his back.

Just some things to keep in mind and just my opinion.
