I don't know if it's my monitor or just the tones, but the cute kiddo in the cute photo looks a little orange-y to me. I'm also not keen on some of the shadows in the photo, but it is cute!

I think you should try and change the white balance in the photo. as Jandss said - the baby looks a little orange, though it could be yellow color bouncing from the tub.
plus, I don't like the shadow on the right eye, it would have been alot nicer without the hair net.

We'll have to try this again and try to remove some of the shadows.

I'm seeing cross shadows. Looks like the main light is on camera right and the fill light is on camera left. First, you should have the fill light closer to the camera. Second, since you have the big flower on the little girls left side, you should move the main light to camera left, that way you don't get shadows from the flower on the face (or move the flower to the other side of her face, either way, which ever is easier when you are in a session like this)
