I like the level of detail, focus is sharp, i like that the highlights are controlled, the single light source isn't flattering but it is moody. You can still maintain the moody feel but have a hint of detail on the shadow side. That might give it a bit more dimension. Your color balance appears to be off.

thanks for the critique, I was going for the dramatic mood, less for the flattering lightning
I do agree that maybe a reflector on the other side might have helped a little.

yes I think one of the most obvious things here is that her skin tone is way too red.

I would definetly pull some of the red out as well. It does not look natural....unless that's what you were going for.
