Hi new member. I'll go easy on since this is your 1st post.

I like the joyful smile she has. It looks good to me.
My one suggestion is crop out the nipple since it's cut-off and the other one isn't pictured.

Had to check out the crazy hair! She is adorable! Really can't say you need much critique, looks like you've nailed focus, color balance and exposure. Just play around with composition and cropping.
