How do you like the composition and expression. Is it a good candid? Which one you like?

I like them both and really like the processing. I don't know that I would call either of them "candid" though.

I really like the expression of both the mother and child. One thing i do find distracting is the background behind her head. Not sure if its because it's bright or if it's too busy tho
