I love this! Well done. My only critique is that he is looking off into space instead of at her.

My problem i they are "too in focus" it is enough to draw the attention away from the "subject" which I assume is the hands/ring...Part of the issue is that their faces are of equal brightness to the subject and closer to the "power points" than the actual subject is.
The subject follows the rule of thirds, but the "power points" are where thirds (horizontal and vertical) intersect.

Actually, from the positions of two people, it looks more like he's looking down her blouse than off into space... I'm not sure which is better...

As Swisstony mentioned, the guy does not seem to be looking at his fiancé and that's the very first thing I noticed as well. I like the idea behind your composition, but I think it would be improved if they were looking more into each other's eyes, you could see a bit more of her face, instead of her hair and shadows, and if they were slightly more out of focus.

Also, your focus seems to have fallen on their thumbs, instead of the ring.
