First, may I say congrats on your second post... but...
Please read the rules first, especially when submitting here in the critique forums

Secondly,
Im not sure what kind of critique you are looking for , so i will offer some...

The shot is way too overexposed on your forehead and your nose...
the whitebalance is non existent unless you are from the surface of the sun

Your eyes are sharp! so there is a plus going here

Default first attempt

I am very very new to this... I just started playing with the settings on my camera literally two days ago... I knew that it was overexposed and a little harsh. I should have explained a little more... I did read the rules and thought I was within that, what do I need to change about it...
