Default Reflections

This is my first time posting to the forums! Kind of nerve wracking. I just got my camera (a Canon Rebel XS) a couple weeks ago, and I've been playing around with it a lot. I really want to improve, so be harsh! Let me know what you think of my technique in regards to framing and PP.

Thanks for your thoughts!

It's hard to tell from such a small image, but I'm more drawn to the flower, than the girl.

reflections on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

here is a link to the larger image...I couldn't figure out how to put this one on my thread, so I just settled for the smaller one

i wanted the flowers to stand out, so I tried to carry the color of the flowers throughout the whole picture by bringing out the girl's hair and the frame a little too.

Seeing how you wanted the flowers to be the main subject.....I think you did pretty good.

I'd have liked it better as a portrait if you used one flower, and had more light on her eyes.
