Default Beach Day

Beach Day

Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100)
Aperture: f/5
Focal Length: 18 mm
ISO Speed: 200

I would like particular comments regarding the placement of the subjects in relation to the sky, sand and horizion. Any other comments would be most welcome.

Moved to Portraits because I think it will be better served here.

I'd be curious as to what it would look like without the tilt. Undecided if it is adding or removing from the shot.

Intersecting the horizon at the hips seems to be the best spot for this photo. It visually divides the picture nicely without looking awkward.

Just my thoughts.

I like the background, the sky is quite dramatic, but have you thought about cropping some of the sky out too bring more attention to the kids. I also am not sure about the tilt

The tilt would have been fine but for the leftmost child who is facing into the tilt and thereby looks a bit like they're about to fall on their face. Love the sky in this!
