It is a great shot to being with, but the hand all around the baby looks a little crowded to me. It is one of those things that I don't usually realize until after the shoot. What if you were to drop mom on a high stool and turn her to face grandma Then instead of all three of them ending drawing your attention out, down and to the hands they would kind of frame the baby.

I think it is a lovely shot of the three generations!

Just a couple of things which i notice :
Mum has something in her pocket which drew my attention immediately.
The hand placement is a little busy. If you wanted to keep the composition as it was, I would have just gotten mum drop her hand, maybe resting a thumb casually in the pocket.
Or you could have changed the comp, by moving granny over across to the other side.

Be careful of stretching an arm across a image, it can sometimes "close" an image off.
The fingers which are visible behind the babies head are a bit of a distraction.

There is quite a lot of detail visible in the backdrop. My suggestion would be to bring your subjects forward so they are further away from the backdrop. They should be at least a 1m away. Have you done clone work in the bottom right hand corner?

Your lighting looks great, and your subjects are nice and sharp.
