I like the ethereal quality, and the sense of wonder in the subject. I can't decide on the green tint, though. To me, the green implies more UFO than magical/fairy/heavenly glow, so it just depends upon what you were aiming for.

Yeah, I agree with the above about the green.

But also, I wanted to note that it's "waning", not "waining" — which means "transporting by wagon".
