Very nice shot. I really like it. Nice exposure, nice composition. When I first look at the image my eyes go to the slots in the fence, then to the building behind the fence and then the models face.
Try editing out the building with the brighter highlights of the sky in two of the fence slots. Lower the brightness of the sky just a bit.

Nice shot...but cut out the sun...it seems to be to bright...and captures ur attention...i don't think that's what you want.

Yosuf Karsh used to say that, "The difference between a $100 photographer and a $1000 photographer is a step forward and half a step to the left." In your case all you needed was the half step to the left; that wold have blocked the sun and the subsequent lens flare. Oh, I know, you put it there on purpose, but it isn't helping you here. Remember, our eyes are naturally attracted to the area of highest contrast, which would be your models lovely skin, but for the overpowering sun at the edge of the frame.

if the flare looked more natural i'd like it..
overal a good shot, i do like flare in fashion type shots.... it adds some sort of emotion IMHO but it needs to look real
