Again I tried to do some studio work with speedlights.

The key lighting is good. The hair light is a tad overexposed and is spilling on to the side of her face. Generally you want hairlight on the hair only. You don't mention any light modifiers used for the hair light so I suggest using a grid or a snoot to get better control, aim,less spill.
