How is the Skin Tone?

What do you think of the skin tone of this baby? I thought it looked good on my monitor, but when I had it printed at Walgreen's the skin looked too ashen. The only post processing I have done is an exposure adjustment and cropping. This time I actually used a grey card and light meter (very much a novice using the light meter). Is there a setting on the D80 that I should change? Should I be using some sort of gel on my flashes?

Hello GrandmaBev. The skin colour looks a little bit to pale to me. I think it is just off, but it's always hard to say with the skin of very little children.
I think it should be a little bit warmer....

But I like the photo very much!

Thanks, Maik, for your comments. I decided to play around in Lightroom with the Camera Calibration Profile and did a test with Adobe Standard, Camera Portrait, and Camera Vivid. (The original picture posted was Camera Standard.) I printed all three at the same Walgreen's and decided I liked the Camera Vivid the best.....see the picture below.
