What time of day did you take the picture? Is there a reason why you had to use ISO 800? For the composition I would like to see more of her and less of the grass. You could crop the bottom 1/3 of the picture off. The eyes are hard to see, a little fill would solve that and place some nice catchlights in the eyes. Now for the good. The colors are very vibrant, your cousin is engaged with the camera which makes me feel like she's engaged with me, the background is not distracting, overall I think it's a job well done.

i see the focus fall on the knee area.. her eyes is a bit dark and the shadows at her neck area is avoidable with fill flash.
