I think its gorgeous. I'm sure some will say it needs a little fill, but i like the stark contrast. personally I may not have chopped off the top of her head, but it works. one of the better shots i've seen in here for critique. focus appears (from this small image) to be where it needs to be. Overall, very nice, thanks for posting.
btw before someone else says it, when presenting for critique, you need to include your EXIF (settings) to better aid those you're asking assistance from

There is nothing I can really critique about this. I pretty much like everything about it.
I really enjoy the mood of this photograph. It is a little on the dark side(mood wise), which I like. I suppose it is just my state of mind at the moment. About the only thing I would pick on about this, would be the transition in to the shadow. About mid way through the transition looks a little too brown. Almost like the burn tool was overused, or a layer was changed to overlay, and the opacity wasn't adjusted down. If you know what I mean? Otherwise, I think it looks great, and would be very pleased with it! |

I agree with Luke regarding the transition. Very nice photograph.

the pose, the gaze, and the color tones are nice and work well for this image. Nice pic.
After closer examination +1 to RLucas comment about the shadow transition.

I think that if you would have moved the light a bit higher the shadows would be more pleasing. She's just a bit too under-lit for my taste. On one side of her nose there is a shadow that sort of has a triangle shape; for me this is distracting. Also the shadows are pretty dark, maybe bounce some light with a white card just to soften them so that you have a little bit of detail in the shadows. I love the pose and composition. Beautiful model as well!!! Nice job!
