What are you trying to say here? Your photo doesn't tell me anything, was there a point to it? Sorry, but it just doesn't work for me.

spazzy just to add to their comments. It is also a bit helpful if you have a good title in your image so that readers will understand what is purpose of your image and why did you shoot it that way. A few descriptions will help as well.

It would appear that the lighting is focused on the closest point to the camera. On the sideways shoot her shoulder is highlighted. In the other its her back. This draws your eyes from the rest of the photo. The graineness of the photo also distracts from the subject.
