Off Camera Flash

I Recently just got my wireless transmitter and made some experiment on my shots,
End result a photo of my lovely daughter posing as my model. I positioned her beside our window with an overcast sky outside and the off camera flash (mounted with a softbox) on the right side to highlight her face. Did some fine tuning in photoshop. Hope to get some constructive criticism.

You're picture looks nice and the little girl is adorable!
Why did you use such low shutter speed as you are using flash? It looks like the photo is not in focus or has been moved while shooting.
Try using a shutterspeed above 1/60s.
Maybe you could also use a reflector on the right side of the camera filling up a little bit of the shadows.

Yes i totally agree with you with regards to the shutter speed. I was holding the camera when i did the shot and u r right i should have up the shutter speed to make it more sharper and in focus
As for not using a reflector on the right side, In this shot i like to add some drama to it. Making that side a bit darker and i liked the result,
