Not trying to be rude here, but you could try reading the rules first.

It looks like there was some post-processing done, which is fine and overall looks really good - but I think you went overboard on the skin smoothing on the woman.

First I would lose the border. It doesn't really add anything to the photo, in fact it is a bit distracting and it almosts "eats" her hair.
Second, I would go much easier on the editing. The skin is a bit too processed and it just looks a bit unnatural.
Can you post the original image without the processing?

Heck, I like it as is. It does have a green cast, which can easily be corrected. A curves adjustment, and color cast correction is about all I would do. The groom (I'm assuming), is a little underexposed, and that could be corrected with a layer mask, or an adjustment layer, or whatever it is called in your native software. Leave the border off, unless that is what your client wants. It is very distracting. It is still a very sound image. I even like the tilt!

Default OK here is the new one i just redid

OK i took left the border off they didnt request it its just something i was playing with

They had a real photographer i just took for practice lol

I just did an overall brighter of -25 and digital camera noise removal

The digital camera noise removal did make the skin look smoother is there where it made it look to much as someone mentioned in an above post??

I cant find anything on curves in paintshop so im not sure if it has it or i am just not finding it yet

thoughts on this one ??

PSP: Menu Adjust>Brightness and contrast> ... you'll find curves, levels and a whole bunch of other goodies there.
