Please critique my pictures, I'm a newbie in photography.. I would appreciate any comments.

You will probably have better response if you embet the pic (s) rather than link....
But I did click on the link and must say you have some cute kids. The lil one is supercute.
All of them images are very dark. The black and white conversion is very contrasty. You might want to rework the conversion and see if you can't get a little more lattitude in the image...where you have almost pure white buty still have nice deep dark shadows. Spreading that range should lengthen out the shades of gray too. What you'll want is a nice smooth transition from the shadows to the highlights that maintains the detail. So you've got three great models, now just shoot more!
