Default Moody B/W Portrait

I'd like your thoughts on the conversion here, as well as the composition. I like it, but at the same time wonder if the tilt is too much...

Wow, this sucks, Aimee!

LOL you know I'm kidding - it's a really nice portrait. I like the tilt. The conversion is looking a bit dark and muddy to me, though - could use some brightening and contrast.

LOL! Thanks Susan! I had to say something to break the silence!

I agree about the muddiness...was trying not to push it too far as to turn her white, per say, but it is still too dark gray, huh.

...back to curves...

sorry i forget english but i try to say...)) i like this eyes! but i think that body tilt and head tilt... break ballance in this photo. maybe change a shot corner will make better this photo . I hope you understand my bad english))
