Exposure and skin tones look good, but I'm not digging the composition. I think it would have been better to have shot this in portrait orientation rather than landscape - you wouldn't have cut off her arm and her eyes wouldn't have been dead center of the frame. Otherwise it's really lovely!

I bet using some flash would have topped off this picture perfectly. The natural light is making a hair light, and leaving the face in shadow. A touch of flash to bring up the face and wow....

I disagree with previous posters about brightening and using fill flash. It looks perfectly exposed to me and she's got lovely catchlights in her eyes. Flash would only give it a flat look. But that's just me.....
