Default 3rd shooting with a digital cam

Trying to figure out the white balance. What do you think?

I would say, Dam near spot on with the W/B..

Great shot too! Are you adjusting the W/B in Photoshop? If so, Read about editing in ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) You have a lot of control over the WB temp in the post using this.. Even with .JPGS...

Yes, I used photoshop and shot in RAW. Thank you for the tips, I'll check this out! And I am very glad to know that the WB is close. Being my first week having a digital cam, it's been quite frustrating to understand the whole WB thing.

If all else fails, in ACR, You can either Try the drop downs or use the eyedropper and select a white portion on the shot.

Even better, do CWB in-camera with a grey card. Saves a lot of work in post processing!

oh, thanks! Did not think of using a white portion of the pic. I'll try the gray card too though. This should give the best results.
