Default First real portrait attemt

Wasn't happy about the available light--too bright harsh sunlight but I couldn't do a different time. Anyway, here's what I got...

Exactly. That's the only thing I'm annoyed I couldn't do for this shoot. Actually had the umbrella/etc with me but it was way too windy to bring it out. Was blowing about 20ish mph with higher gusts. Would have been a PITA.

Exactly. The light is a bit too flat IMHO...

Also, the boy is squinting his eyes, unfortunately! Good try, btw...
