Default composition critique

Hi all! I would like over all critique on this shot, but most importantly I would like feedback on how the over all composition works... Thanks! Any suggestions how how to improve it with pp also as I didn't do much to it. (due to lack of knowledge).

Camera: Nikon D3000
Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture: f/4.8
Focal Length: 32 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: No Flash

*** I should add, the high ISO was an accident, I just forgot to change it. I usually shoot at an ISO of 100. Thanks!!

Default black and white

it's a goodshot but i think because of the different colors of lighting and skin tones it would look better black and white...just my two cents

I have been tossing up the B&W or color also... Mostly because I like the father/son black and white pics, but good point about the skin tone. We were standing near a window... I can't wait to get real lights! LOL! Thanks for the input!
