Welcome. Is there something in particular you want feedback on?

Two things I notice though.
1) The photo is not in focus and does not do anything to define who he is other than that he plays guitar. I would pick a better starting point.
2) I would spend some more time on extracting him from the original photo to put on this background. He has furry edges.
