Arrow Candid Children Shot

Hi,
This was taken in Keukenhof, The Netherlands. I think the mistake that I made was not shooting RAW which would have given me immense flexibility during postprocessing. And when the colors didn't come out quite the way I wanted them, I had to vintage it, because I still like the shot a lot. Can you guys suggest and give me some feedback.

You wish that time back...

EXIF Details:

Camera: Nikon D3000
Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture: f/8.0
Focal Length: 200 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV

Cheers and Thanks a lot for the response,
Anant.

P.S.: I'm very new to DSLR Photography.

not able to critique it, not enough experience. but I do like what you've done to it, and love the moment that the picture has captured! I think its a good shot

It looks like a fun moment captured in a child's life. The tones look a bit greenish to me and the focus is not so sharp. I know it difficult to catch a running child though.
