Default C&C cool shot of my cousin

Hey, new to this still...thought I'd share a shot I really like...but also...is there anything I could do to improve it. How's her skin tone? the lighting? would like some constructive critisism....Thanks!

IMO the tone on her shirt and skin are on the pink side. I do like her pose and LOVE the hat and stark white background.
I'd like to see her eyes a bit more sharp as well

I agree with windrider and add that her left arm is a different color than her right. Probably due to a combination of lighting and post work.

I would probably clone out the tab coming off the edge of her hat as well since it draws the eye.

okay...so I think I've gotten rid of the pink hue...and the tab is gone..but I cant seem to get her arms so that they are the same colour...any help would be greatly appreciated!
