hmmmmmm its a bit too bright on the right hand side, his tshirt and also a couple of places on his face. If you had gotten him to take a step to the left he wouldn't have had so much of the harsh light fall on him. Apart from that good shot!

What a fun looking place! The spot in the upper right corner is blown out, and can't be fixed. Since it's the brightest spot in the picture, it competes with your subject for attention. I would recommend a crop. I personally saw this as a picture that just really wanted to be B&W. I did a quick rendition below. I'll remove quickly if you'd like. I cropped, desaturated and adjusted the levels on it a bit.
