Hi and Welcome!
This is a great first post. I like the black and white conversion, I think you did a very nice job on the lighting too! Opinions vary but I'm not a huge fan of selective coloring and when it is used it should probably be the 'eye magnet'...so in this case unless this was an ad for the store that sells varsity jackets the color is probably in the wrong place. But it's easy enough to take the image back to full color or all B&W as your mood suits. Ignoring my bais on selective color, you have a very nice image here. Nice work!
